A pod contains one day's selected supplement ingredients in a single daily serving. Review the ingredient and serving information for your completed build before use.

Custom Pod Builder users can select from the ingredients and options available in the builder. EET™ Guided uses intake and biomarker information to inform a reviewed supplement protocol.

EET Guided uses intake and biomarker information to inform nutritional recommendations. It does not establish that a supplement changes gene expression or reverses aging. It is not a substitute for diagnosis or prescribed treatment.

No. Testing is not required for Custom Pod Builder. Testing is part of the EET™ Guided path and is used with intake information to inform nutritional guidance.

After purchasing EET Guided, follow the kit and onboarding instructions. Shipping and laboratory-processing estimates are provided with your order and can vary. Available results are reviewed before a later protocol update.

During checkout, review the selected product, plan, price, and order terms before payment. After purchase, follow the product-specific onboarding and shipping instructions. EET Guided requires intake and testing before the guided protocol is finalized.

For new purchases, only the 4 Week Plan renews automatically, every 28 days until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals after the current paid cycle; processed orders and prepaid packs remain subject to the final-sale terms. The 4-Cycle and Annual plans are prepaid and do not automatically renew. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed terms.

Due to the nature of personalized dietary supplements and health-related products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless otherwise required by law. If you have concerns about your order, please contact [email protected] and we'll do our best to assist you.

To stop future renewals of a 4 Week Plan, email [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect after the current paid 28-day cycle. There is no cancellation or early termination fee for stopping future renewals. Processed orders and prepaid packs remain subject to the final-sale terms.
